Led by Ms. Miren Ausín, Director of the International Unit of the Government of Navarra, a delegation visited Academia Sinica on September 25, 2025. President James C. Liao warmly received the delegation, accompanied by Dr. Tzu-Ching Meng, Director of the Department of International Affairs, and Dr. Kuo-Chen Yeh, Director of the Agricultural Biotechnology Research Center (ABRC). Both parties engaged in lively discussions on research topics related to synthetic biology. Following the meeting, the delegation visited the ABRC for further exchanges.
