Dr. Gantulga Davaakhuu, Director of the Institute of Life Sciences, Mongolian Academy of Sciences, led a two-member delegation to Taiwan from June 27 to July 2, 2026, and was received by President Chien-Jen Chen of Academia Sinica. During the visit, the delegation held academic exchanges with Academia Sinica’s Institute of Biological Chemistry, Biodiversity Research Center, and Translational Research Center, and participated in the signing of related cooperation agreements. The delegation also visited National Ilan University to establish connections with additional research teams. Through substantive research discussions and the establishment of cooperation mechanisms, the visit strengthened the partnership between the two institutions in the life sciences and laid a foundation for future joint research and personnel exchange.
