Dr. Cécile Vigouroux, Director of International Relations at the French National Institute for Research in Digital Science and Technology (INRIA), led a delegation to visit Academia Sinica on July 2, 2026, for an introductory meeting. The French delegation included Dr. Pauline Ravinet from the French Office in Taipei and Visiting Consultant Léo Caillard from the Center of International Collaboration and Cybersecurity Governance at National Institute of Cyber Security. Hosted by Dr. Tzu-Ching Meng, Director of the Department of International Affairs at Academia Sinica, the session was also attended by Dr. Yuh-Jye Lee and Dr. Meng Chang Chen, Research Fellows at the Research Center for Information Technology Innovation (CITI). During the meeting, both sides presented overviews of their respective institutions and discussed future collaboration opportunities, laying a solid foundation for academic ties between Taiwan and France.
